| Overview: |
The Haveli Braj Bhushanjee was built 200 years ago and belongs to an aristocratic family of Bundi. The authentic and cosy atmosphere of this Haveli offers a great opportunity for travellers to experience the traditional lifestyle of a bygone era in this region, where much of the past still lives on. The Haveli is built in traditional architecture with courtyards painted in the distinctive Bundi tradition of mural paintings that depict vivid scenes from the royal court and scenes of royal hunts. The rooms have been renovated without intervening with the older architecture. Some of the rooms have a few of the finest Bundi murals that one can see in this region. |
